Supply chain solutions

Your Product.
Our Supply Chain.
Made to Happen.

Resilworx takes your project from idea to delivery. We find and manage the right manufacturers, control quality and cost, and coordinate everything until your goods arrive.

Start your project

One partner for the whole journey, from first sample to final delivery.

Most businesses don't need a bigger supply chain. They need one that works. We plan it, build it and run it with you, with the right suppliers, honest costs, clear timelines and one point of contact at every step.

FAQ

Common questions

What size of business do you work with?

Start-ups and small to medium businesses, from a first product launch to established brands that need a more reliable supply chain.

Do you take commission from suppliers?

No. You pay us an agreed fee, and supplier prices are passed to you as quoted, so our advice is always on your side.

Will I know who my suppliers are?

Yes. You receive full supplier details and the relationship is yours.

Can you help with product safety and compliance?

Yes. We identify the tests, markings and labels your product needs, check supplier reports and arrange testing with accredited labs.

Is there a minimum order?

Not with us. Manufacturers set their own minimums, and part of our job is finding partners whose minimums suit your business.

How do supplier payments work?

You pay suppliers directly, usually a deposit before production and the balance after inspection. We advise on safe terms at every stage.

3. Our services

We provide supply chain services including supplier sourcing and verification, product development, sample management, quality control, costing, compliance guidance, and freight and customs coordination. Each project's scope, deliverables, timeline and fee are set out in a written proposal. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies.

4. Our role

We act as your adviser and coordinator. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we are not the manufacturer, seller, importer or exporter of record of your goods, and your contract for goods is directly with the supplier. 5. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your proposal. Fixed-fee work may be invoiced in advance. Samples, testing, inspection and shipping are charged at cost with receipts. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or business, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Confidentiality and intellectual property

We keep your designs, prices and business information confidential. Your designs and intellectual property remain yours. Reports we prepare for you may be used by your business once our fees are paid.
